***This position is a temporary 3-6 month assignment

Statement of Purpose: This purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the sales and marketing department with primary focus on aspects such as the coordinating of mailings and on-site events.

Compensation: This position is hourly and non-exempt from overtime, eligible for bonus incentive plan.

Major Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:

· Understand the life-care concept and residency care agreement.

· Responsible to greet walk-in traffic and assign them to a sales representative.

· Responsible for answering incoming calls to the marketing office.

· Assist and participate with telemarketing, promotion, and sales activities.

· Prepare the documentation on all “cold” calls for future reference.

· Maintain computerized lists of potential residents. Coordinate transfer of all survey cards to appropriate computer files.

· Must become proficient in utilizing the Sales and Marketing software to update and maintain the department’s database and reports.

· Responsible to track, maintain and update departmental statistics related to:

· - Walk-in traffic, potential buying units, event attendance

· - Sales record

· - Quarterly comparative analysis

· - available units for sale and/or lease

· Distribute and route all information material to all department members.

· Maintain and update all wait-list documentation.

· Maintain and update all 10% sale documentation.

· Ensuring appropriate supply of all material for marketing office, including folders, labels and other items.

· Responsible for coordinating of all mailings.

· Assists in the coordination with all tours from walk-ins.

· Conducts tours for all walk-ins or prospects when necessary.

· Assist with all special events, including but not limited to arrangements with flyers, letters, catering, and location.

· Other duties as may be assigned.

· Demonstrate the Sun Health Vibrant Living culture and provides all customers/audience with an excellent service experience by consistently demonstrating Sun Health behaviors (the 6 Cs) each day.

· Other duties as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $16.00 - $17.67 per hour
